What is ECO-Living?

Eco-Living is a three-month coaching support program with weekly meetings for people determined to be the authors of their lives and live with purpose. If any of these are true for you, I can help.


Who is the Coaching Program for?

This program is especially useful in your life when:

  • Transitioning from a managerial role to a more collaborative one.

  • Relocating to a new city or country and adapting to a different culture.

Program Goals

Structure of the program


The program lasts for three months.

Every week there is an online meeting with Anastasija Štelmane.

The program consists of 11 individual online coaching sessions:

  • Free introductory session of 30 minutes.

  • First session of 90 minutes.

  • Then, 9 sessions of 60 minutes.

+ Offers and discounts for future sessions.

Number of places is limited.


How it will work?

What to expect after submitting your application:

1. Sending application form

Once you have sent your application, my assistant will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the first 30-minute free orientation session.

2. Introduction meeting

During this first 30-minute online meeting, we get to know each other, discuss your aims, any technical details, and set up a schedule for our following meetings.

3. Signing the agreement and payment

We will send you a cost pack with the details of the program and the invoice for the first month.

4. First session

We will meet online for our first 90-minute coaching session and discuss your requests in detail.

5. Weekly meetings

We will meet on a weekly basis thereafter for 60-minute one-on-one online coaching session via Google Meet. In each session, you'll also receive support and guidance in creating the right attitudes and motivation in the areas that you want to work on most. 

6. Communication between sessions

For instant communication or homework submission (if there is any ) you will be able to text me in a private or group telegram chat.

In my work, I use methods of transactional analysis, systemic coaching, and, if necessary, coaching associative cards (MACs) and Lego serious play.

My techniques are always defined individually.
